Here you'll find who is behind LifeSugar and how to contact us, as required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI).

Who is the owner

Prices

When this website talks about the price of LifeSugar Prime, the app's subscription, it refers to Spain: €7.99 a month or €69.99 a year, VAT included. In other countries, the price and taxes are the ones Google Play shows you before you confirm the purchase.

Who sells you LifeSugar Prime

You take out LifeSugar Prime with Lifesugar Care, S.L., with the details above: we are the ones who provide the service and are responsible for it, and who deal with your questions and complaints, including those about a charge. Google Play charges the price in our name, as our agent: in the European Economic Area it appears as the registered merchant of the sale and sends you the receipt. You manage renewal and cancellation from your Google Play account. The full conditions are in the terms and conditions.

Single point of contact

Because we store what you log in the app (your diary, your photos and your conversations with Glucy), the European Union's Digital Services Act requires us to have a single point of contact for people who use LifeSugar and another for the authorities of the Member States, the Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. Both are the email address info@lifesugarcare.com, and you can write to us in Spanish or English.

If you think something stored in LifeSugar is illegal, write to that address. Tell us what it is and where it is, why you think it is illegal, your name and email, and that you believe in good faith that what you're telling us is accurate and complete. We'll confirm we've received it and tell you what we've decided.
