Delete your LifeSugar account

From the app: Settings › Delete account.

Don't have the app any more? Write to us at info@lifesugarcare.com from the email address of your Google account and we'll delete it. If you can no longer use that address, tell us your account's phone number and we'll ask you only for what we need to check that it's yours.

What is deleted: your account and its data: your profile, your diary, your conversations and photos with Glucy and what the app stored on your phone.

What is kept: only what the law requires or what we need to defend ourselves against a claim, locked and not used for anything else: the records of your payments on Google Play and the emails we sent you about your subscription, for 6 years; what you wrote to us, 1 year (3 years if it was a rights request); and, with your identifier replaced by a code, proof of the permissions you gave us (including which doctor you gave access to) and that you deleted your account, for 3 years from deletion.

If you pay for LifeSugar Prime: deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it on Google Play.
